The 3D organs displayed on this website are hyper-realistic medical illustrations and do not depict unaltered digitizations of the organs. These models were created using digital sculpting and include artistic and stylistic representations using, in parts, insubstantial elements from digital photographs, photogrammetry and structured light scanned models, and anatomical reference materials (or combination). These models were designed to represent surgical pathology specimens or anatomy elements for pathology education.
